Refund and Exchange Policy
1. All Orders are being check and properly packed before shipping.
1. Replacement of unit due to change of mind is NOT ALLOWED. Only defective goods can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping fee is shouldered by buyer.
2. Please note that the return/exchange must be made STRICTLY within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.
3. Kindly note that the returned item must be in its original delivery condition and must be unused. Waybill receipt must be present and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. Discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Please expect delays on deliveries during Holidays, and any form of calamity and disaster.
